Full Journal pdf1994-05-08 House Journal Page 4180 HB 455 The following was read the second time: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 455(FIN) "An Act making and amending operating and capital appropriations and ratifying certain state expenditures; and providing for an effective date." with the: Journal Page GOVERNOR'S TRANSMITTAL LETTER 2318 FIN RPT CS(FIN) 3DP 7NR 4062 Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that the following committee substitute be adopted in lieu of the original bill: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 455(FIN) (same title) There being no objection, it was so ordered. 1994-05-08 House Journal Page 4181 HB 455 Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representatives Brown, B.Davis, Ulmer and Mackie: Page 14, following line 23, add a new section to read: "* Sec. 60. The sum of $200,000 is appropriated from the General Fund to the Department of Health & Social Services, Division of Public Health, Maternal, Child and Family Health section for the healthy families program for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1995." Renumber the remaining section accordingly. Representative Brown moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 2 was offered by Representatives Nicholia and Finkelstein: Page 14, following line 23, add new sections to read: "* Sec. 61. The sum of $1,500,000 is appropriated from the corporate receipts of the Alaska Housing Finance Corporation (AHFC) for the low income weatherization program of AHFC for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1995. * Sec. 62. The sum of $1,000,000 is appropriated from the corporate receipts of the Alaska Housing Finance Corporation (AHFC) for public housing energy efficiency program of AHFC for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1995. * Sec. 63. The sum of $750,000 is appropriated from the corporate receipts of the Alaska Housing Finance Corporation (AHFC) for the senior citizens housing development program of AHFC for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1995. 1994-05-08 House Journal Page 4182 HB 455 * Sec. 64. The sum of $300,000 is appropriated from the corporate receipts of the Alaska Housing Finance Corporation (AHFC) for the warm homes for Alaska program of AHFC for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1995." Renumber remaining section accordingly. Representative Nicholia moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 2 be adopted. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 455(FIN) am be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Representative Ulmer objected. The Speaker stated that CSHB 455(FIN) am will be in third reading on the next legislative day's calendar.
